I have like 3 messages pendent from direct messaging on my library account and it doesn't matter what browser or device I use it just won't load the page of messaging so I can't see any of them, maybe they are down or something, but the page remains blank even if I refresh.

The more that I contacted support on chat for a double charged wet/dry scene and TKTs are still missing more than 10 days later.

Don't think it's really good idea. As they will receive so much of requests and their chat will explode and by time they won't be to handle to answer everyone. You will probably wait one week just get back on you just thoughts but kind if good idea so we don't spam at forums. But I will still do posts here but I will try for sure. Thanks guys.

Well, is a double-edge sword.

The requirements to chat with a studio are stablished very low (written in the first post), so that allow a lot of users to chat with them.

Hard to balance, there are some loyal costumers of particular studios, is fair that they have available the chat, but surely there recieve some spam messages. Doesn't know.. would be a solution stablish more high requirements?
