Every candidate fill out a survey and according to her answers we select who can be useful. Something like:

3- Medical test in her country

5- Add her to program
6- Bring her here, evaluate her behavior
7- Make new medical test (and is she is clean TWM pay the recruiter, without to even know what she can do)
8- Take care of nails, hairstyle, epilation (not every time, but often this is another topic)
10- Finally on stage.
11- Evaluate performance of the first 2 weeks and eventually propose a exclusive agreement otherwise she became a "second choice model"

Actually the main reason why there are less beautiful girls has before is not because the content are more extreme.
Its ridiculous how folks blame the hard core website such as legalpono: back in the day Red Light and Platinum were releasing hard core stuff as hard as today, the think is that they were doing 2 movie/month each, instead then 2 scenes day as LP does. The point is simple: the amount of traffic in the website decrees how much content you publish, the more traffic the more content.

The lack of girls in general is given by:
1- internet - the "possible performer" have more possibility to chose something different then porn. (Prostitution makes more money for one girl, instead 10-15 years ago the only solution for work like prostitute was the brothel in the same country
2- The quality of life in est Europe is increased. The crusade should be TO INCREASE the payout of the performer, at least of 70%. 10-15 years ago the basic payout for a "BG vaginal" was the same as now, but with the benefit that everything was handled by model agency (so means the model could not work directly for a lower price) and the 2/3 model agency in europe were respecting each other, not they try to still the models from each other lowering the price according to the needs of the producer instead then do the interest of the model.
3- The cost of the life is too high for justify a career in porn. 10 Years ago a flat in Prague costed half comparing to now, but the model gets the same payout
4- Too many agency who are not "recruiting" the girls directly, but they just steal from each other hooking on internet, this gives less resources to who invest a lot in recruiting.
4- Agency dont to the interest of the model, but they are almost a call center for organize shootings, who the fuck really does "the model management"? Only TWM try to do it, but its far from do it properly.

That was true for me in the past but "the action" has now become commonplace, also a little formulaic. I find it immeasurably more exciting to see a beautiful girl performing such acts than a plain one.

Apparently enough people are buying current scenes at the required prices to make it all profitable. But it could be more profitable. If I look at my GG purchases for first 9 months of each year 2015-17.....

2015 40 scenes (4.4 per month) cost usually 3 tickets or less
2016 24 scenes (2.6 per month) cost around 4 tickets
2017 11 scenes (1.2 per month) cost 5 or more

So my purchases have dropped by around 75%. Now I don't mind paying the increased cost for a scene that appeals but I'm not keen on paying more for lower quality in this or any other business. I doubt I'm the only one.
