LP is an umbrella company similar to a distribution company for DVD or Blu-Ray in old porn world. LP just gives decency guidelines of what they are willing to put there banner on and distribute on their site taking care of the piracy and commerce angle for the studios.

The active Studios: Sineplex, Giorgio Grandi, Gonzo, Interracial Vision and F Models decide what and who they want to shoot. These studios also finalize scene editing and compensate models giving LP a final product to put on the site.

The reason I say this is because we all know LP still get a black eye in the court of public opinion since there logo is all over the scene but LP customers should know at least that only Sineplex is fully to blame for this mess.
