It was shot buy Giorgio Grandi funded by Jack Frost Media (the buyer not LP) and he named the DVD:

Yeah, I've been wanting all four of these scenes too but especially the Timea scenes because Giorgio got her to perform at a whole other level. Unfortunately Giorgio has never said if he would release these 4 gems under LP banner and Jack Frost seems to have disappeared. I tried contacting Jack Frost about 3-4 months after he released some information on [spam] about the DVD through his business contact page and I got no response. So I really believe it is up to Giorgio now whether we will ever see these 4 scenes anywhere. It would be such a travesty to lose these scenes, especially the Timea scene as she has only done 3 scenes with Giorgio and they were some of her most uninhibited work.
