Another thing that IMO could be improved about the cosplay outfits, is that some part of the outfit must remain on the girl for at least the first half. Something that is not a hat, mask or glasses, something that does not obstruct her girly parts and that looks sexy, but still gives away that she is a soldier, or a maid, or whatever.

Sounds like you want the performers to actually do some acting, I'm sure Billie could manage it but I'm not sure about some of the male performers!
