Don't worry about my fat index ,my diet works very good and I lose 50-60 dkg fat in every week and I already lost 12kg in the last months.

I don't like running but I do 3-5 x 1 hour Aerob Workouts ( elliptical trainer ) and 3x1,5 hours Weight Training in every week.
Anyway I don't like Holidays so I keep my diet and workout plan during the Holidays too.

Don't worry ,muscle building is impossible with the low carb ( <50g/day) I eat
