Ok my friend I try to help you understanding how working is it because maybe ome other people also curious about it .
First of all stage body is just for stage ,impossible to keep it even for 1-2 days.
Before the competition I keep a super strict diet for some months and the last 2 week I eat just fatless fish, zucchini,cucumber and salad without any salt ,dressing or spice.The last week I drik less and less water day by day and the last 1,5 day I don't drink nothing even a drop of water.
Before the competition I get 2-3 layers of special tanning paint .
3-4 hours before the competition I'm still far from stage body so I eat 100-200g carbohydrate in the next hours of course without any liquid. It pump my muscles up and the carbohydrates take the rest of water from under my skin and this is why I look so dry and sharp on the stage.
After the comp on the same day I drink 5-6 l water and if I have minimum 10 days before the next comp I eat some junkie foods so my body is still athletic but much more soft and " normal" .
