I have no idea how old Lana/Karina really is, and it doesn't matter at all.

Personally, I like the piercing, but not the tattoos. In fact, I despise all tattoos and wish none of the girls had them. However, I don't usually spend much time complaining about them, because there's nothing that can really be done.

It's not like pubic hair that can be shaved off. Once the tats are there, the only real options are to shoot the girl with the tats, or don't shoot her at all. So, I don't see the point in complaining about them, except in certain extreme cases (like Bonnie Rotten, for example) where they're so bad I'd rather them just avoid shooting the girl altogether.

I think this is the best personally. I know what you mean about the level so crappy of Bonnie Rotten, that you have to mention. The rest is right, not much is going to happen if you complain, just don't buy if it's too much.
