The problem is jealous agents who try to steal the models and lock them away from us.

Locking the models away from others is something Sineplex is more than guilty of. We waited 9 months to see Arwen perform at Gonzo, 10 for Lita, and we never got to see Goldie or several others perform here, all because of the way you handle them. This is just an example of how you operate in relation to a production company that distributes under the same website as you, let alone somebody else. If you had your way Sineplex models would never work elsewhere.

The models end up working gigs that kill their marketability (Defiled18 comes to mind) which decreases their value, and in the end, it means they get fewer offers.

This is obviously a reference to Lita and we both know it's complete bullshit. She's an absolutely stunning model with a beautiful face and perfect petite body, you know as well as I do that if she wanted to go and work in the American market tomorrow for example, she would absolutely clean up over there, nobody is going to turn her down or not offer her work because of Defiled18

What exactly does shooting 20 scenes for Sineplex do for a models marketability anyway, what good is exposure if you never get to work for other companies ?

I think exclusivity contracts are pretty shit for us viewers but i can see from a business point of view why you would want the best talent working for you only and not a rival business. Also there is a problem in the Euro porn industry where there is a lot of bitterness between various producers and agents that means people from all sides are not willing to share or work with each other and us fans end up taking the side of the producers we like most.
At the end of the day though it is ultimately the talents choice whether she signs an exclusive contract in Russia with the likes of Sineplex or decides to go to the EU and potentially earn more money freelancing.

Most russian girls are very ambitious, yes, inside and outside porn.
I felt a lot got lost because of the language problems.
Giorgio speaks enough Russian to just ask his questions always in both languages, starting with Russian for Sofi and Sofi could answer in engish if she feels fine with it or than in Russian and Giorgio would translate. But the way it was done now we got a lot of non-answers, Gio always knows what Sofi is alluding at but a lost of viewers wont. Anyway, this was done with the utmost care for the feelings of the girl, just the interview could be scripted better I think.
