It's crazy but just a few months ago, Gonzo was at the bottom of sales,
well, maybe not at the very bottom, but not doing great either.
and if you look at the top 10 sales of December today,
8 out of 10 scenes are made by Gonzo.
If you look at the top 10 scenes of ALL 2018, 6 are gonzo scenes.

and I would not argue against that, lol.
because she is great and got fucked really nice in all her scenes.
and it's pretty apparent that she likes what she does.
So her scenes appear extraordinary, to new gonzo fans.
But as someone who has been buying Gonzo scenes since they first appeared,
extraordinary looking sex has always been the case in my opinion.
Gonzo has a monopoly on some of the best male talent in the porn world IMO, lol.
So I think the reason why they are doing so well right now
it's that their camera, is now comparable to Giorgio's camera. Seriously.
I could argue that this issue has always been true, because Sineplex videos,
also looked better than Gonzo's videos during that time. And anecdotally I remember Sineplex always outselling their peers
Except when Sineplex moved to mexico and fucked up a ton of movies with bad camera settings and lenses.
(And their pictures, look leagues ahead still today, although it's been years,lol)
If you look at SZ1900 range and prior, those look like shit, compared to anything in the SZ2050+ range
but the SZ1900 scenes are not bad in terms of action or entertainment,
those scenes also have beautiful women getting hammered by big dicks, lol.
(well, the editing of SZ1700 TO SZ1900 is downright horrendous, lol)
Is just that now, the quality of the video looks so much better,
I bet most people just look at thumbnails and decide what to buy, based on how good the thumbnail picture
looks like, compared to the others released in the same day or week.
I came to this realization when XXX introduced all the other studios,

whereas before, that was ultra rare)
You know, for a porn production, looking at beautiful women is a common thing,
so you might undervalue these features of these women that work for you,
because you are desensitised to their stunning beauty,
but for most people, looking at beautiful women is extremely rare.
You might get to see one, once a year, if you are lucky.
That's why it's so important to have camera work, that fully display
all that natural beauty as best as possible.
and cropping entire model body parts out of view, is an extremely stupid thing to do.
Although from video to video I see that experimentation is still a thing.
I still see dramatic changes from a batch of movies to the next.
And sometimes full body views during the sex is omitted.
For instance. SZ2093 with May Thai, sold pretty badly, considering she is a fan favorite.
In my opinion the biggest con is the old camera style that scene featured. Positioning the camera,
too close to the action, so May Thai's beautiful body could not be appreciated well at all.
I hope Gonzo doesn't sit in the laurels now that they are doing well and continue to find ways to continue getting better.
