the most important thing is that you are shooting good scenes. some of them are just incredible. way better than overrated directors like lansky, mason, chris stream, darkko etc. no match.

the worst part is that you are struggling to keep a regular schedule. we need to fix it.
i have zero problem buying a scene split in half if it's good. but it has to be really really good.
i was probably the first buyer of jillian janson scene and i found it too cheap for how good it is!! i mean that scene worths a lot more than few tickets.

it may not be a popular solution, but if you shoot a good scene, like really good you should price it higher. i spend top dollars for top scene.

another thing that probably hits your wallet is way you market your job on social media. it's embarassing. the fact that you do not have a schedule you can actually respect makes you lose money.

shoot a scene and with 2-3 weeks in advance start releasing pics on [spam], gif, whatever you want, build expectations, let ppl talk about it weeks before the release date and respect it.

Thanks for sharing the details of the cost. I wonder if there are any rich guys on this thread/forum that would fund you or sponsor your shoots so that the risk is managed and obviously potential profit/loss is shared by the sponsors.

If you are gonna split the scene both scenes need to have an even distribution of cumshots, but other things could get distributed unevenly. e.g. fists half is wet and 2nd half is DAP etc.,

Vawkes idea for high price is not a bad one either, so long as it is a Top Performer like Aidra, Jillian etc., I noticed Luis is charging 7 tickets for his latest shoots and I would not class the stars in that shoot as Top flight. 120 tickets for $80.00 = $0.67 a ticket

So new numbers are if members are willing to pay 5 tickets a half of scene it would require 1,500 members purchases to meet goals or if it is 10 tickets a half a scene it would require 750 members. It still doesn't seem impossible. I would assume there are more members than this to this site.

Hopefully you are able to increase production without cutting the current level of quality. This seems to be one of the rare studios that isn't washing out colours with harsh lighting (I truly don't understand why so many studios are doing this).
