We are paying enough. $7000 a scene for fucking plain gonzo is way enough. Just don't hire models who think they should be paid $3-4k those are heavy into escort at this point and don't give a fuck. I find it outrageous especially when they already shot 200 scenes. But even if you do you're probably still okay. If you are looking to make $4000 a scene however it's never going to work with this type of models. Typically directors only make a few hundreds.

Yes the girls ask for certain mail talents but only thing you could do is turn it down including her sometimes when you do that they change their mind and will do the scene but most top tier girls have a list of what guys they work with.

Yes I could get girls for 2.5 K but these are average B list that have done a ton of dap already which is fine but a girl like that I get worried about making a profit because their average b-listers that have done it already and unless I have guys that is going to kill the scene I don’t feel strong about shooting it
