What's AGO's meal plan and worout routine?

I recently subscribed to AGO through Sheer to support his videos with Kristy Black, Maddy Black, Nicole Black, Mina, Cindy Shine, Paola Hard, etc., and I have been enjoying his work, I feel I'm getting some porn love with Lucy Mendez, I think she looks great with white sucks, and of the same with all the other cute girls he brings.

So while this has been happening I noticed that AGO is fucking ripped all the time, no matter how old or new the video is, so I was wondering if anyone knows what sort of diet he practices, it would be interesting to see if he is doing, Keto, Paleo, Atkins, SAD, or any other type of diet.

A breakdown of his meal plan would be solid because I would like to have the same results, and also his routine, if he does the 4 hour workout routine, or something else.

If anyone can share, please let me know, it seems worth it to keep a good physique, specially if the goal is to always have the best performance when it comes to banging girls.

Of course he isn't natural. But he also has to train hard and eat right and get lots of sleep to look and perform like this. Taking steroids or peptides or TRT is not a magical solution. You have to put in the work and discipline day in and day out.

I keep forgetting that stuff exist, TRT, steroids, etc.. But yeah you need to work out even with that. So I'm sure there is an specific plan to get certain results.

For me the most important information would be:

- How many times per week you lift? 1 day 3 days 5 days

- How many reps, and how many sets of each lifting exercise

- What exercises?

Pull ups, push ups, squats, heave pants, lawnmowers, back flys, military press, kick backs,

Also macros, how many grams of protein, vs fat vs carbs, daily

Whilst, I think there is a lot to improve on still for AGO studio...I have to give credit where it is due which is Angelo himself looks a lot better now. He is a lot more muscular, toned up, his tattoos look great and improve how things look in his porn work.

It takes a lot of time and effort to maintain a buff body (without steroids), as that leads to ED. Fair play to him, and well done.
