How come I'm not subscribed to my threads any more? It's quite frustrating because I try to re-subscribe to them and nothing happens.

All of the threads I follow by checking "Notify me when a reply is posted" no longer notify me when a reply is posted. I've tried posting new comments and making sure the box is checked but still nothing.
