I had the same problem. Took them around two weeks to unblock my account. No refund was offered. Very, very unprofessional.

Anyway, you can usually unblock your account yourself.
It is just a security measure.

After your login procedure, there will be a site where you can unlock your account. Either google authenticator or a device.

I am experiencing the same issue. No replies for email and no one has unlocked my account.
What is up with the TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I am going to cancel, and they will likely not even refund me and I will be one month with no access to a site I PAID FOR!
hopefully they prove me wrong and unlock my account IMMEDIATELY!!!
