Hello,

my account was captured by someone last week. All my tickets are away for videos I didn't buy.
Also he/she tried to buy new tickets in my account.
I wrote a message via support-form on saturday, asking how to change my password. Didn't get an answer yet.
I also tried to change my recurring credit card information. Got an error message.

I am very nervous at the moment, knowing that someone is able to log into my account whenever he wants and I am not able to change my password.
And not knowing, what else he/she can do in my account.

I have just discovered this has happened to my account too!!!

I've lost so many credits and 30+ videos have been purchased without my consent. I am fucking furious!

Please tell me LP will give me my credits back?

The same to me, somebody hijacked my account and bought videos with many tickets from me.
This problem is happened already since 3 weeks, I had contact with the support team, but they could not stop this attacks.
I have changed my password many times and the issue is not solved, today again a scene for 6 tickets that I don't want to buy.
My recurring is canceled and I think I should wait until the problems are solved before I reactivate my account on LP.
It's quite annoying and I hope that this bastard(s) not get access to my pay infos.

That's weird.
My account is fucked up now.
One week ago, all my premium tickets were gone and I had many new videos, which I hadn't bought.
There were only 20 free tickets left.
I got e-mail-notification, if I want complete my purchase of 250 tickets, so the hijacker tried to buy new tickets.
When I try to change my credit card information, I get an error message.
Then I changed my password, used a very complex password.
Today my free tickets are away and I have a few new videos.
Very frustrating, the attacker is still in my account. Feeling helpless.

I also feel helpless because all of that I have done last days was without success, changed passwords, browser main password etc.
Now I dont know what I can do anymore. :(

I've had most of them back, but it is still several tickets short.

I have contacted support about this and hoping to have the rest of my credits restored.

Every account has to be checked completely. It takes time.

Mr. Vawkes - your account has been rolled back to previous state. It is impossible your would miss some tickets. Is it possible you remembered wrong?

Today a movie (Sexy Susi) purchased from anybody not by myself.
It seems that the hacker loves scenes with MIlfs.
The last days I have used my browser in a sandbox and with a new password, thats not help.

Today the hacker bought a scene without my admire, that is very frustrating because the problem exists for weeks.
My account recurring is off and I will not renew my account before the problems are solved.
That is sad because the content is very good.

Not for me.
Last time I got answer from support, is here in this thread.
I changed my password several times, but last week, I got an email-notification, that "I" tried to buy a video and that I just should complete my order.
I know, that wasn't me, who tried to buy that video...
I am very disappointed, support was very poor so far.

I'm having the same issue, maybe posting here will help? Initially my account was locked for "suspicious activity." It looks like that lock happened too late and many, many tickets had been spent.

Clicking the link in the support email to unlock prompted me to reset my password, but the person using my account has been able to use my tickets after resetting the password. I've sent two support requests since (the second one requesting that my account be locked down until this issue is resolved) but have not received an answer. Please help. I'd like the videos that I haven't purchased or downloaded removed, and the tickets refunded. The next month of my membership is coming up soon, which means there will be way more premium tickets for this person to spend.

Sounds like a big problem.
I would feel very uncomfortable if anyone have access to my account (and maybe this person have access to my bank information too...)
That is sad, because the content of legalporno is great, but it seems that there are some important security problems :eek:

oh yes, it is very uncomfortable. And yes, when this someone tries to buy new tickets, he sees part of my credit card information (including my real name), except the CVV.
