Statistics obsesed!!

I´m stronge obsessed of statistics

I would to know for example, at the moment of the shot of every scene, which model is:
youngest - oldest
taller - shorter
heavier - lighter
with more and less bust, hips and waist

Does anybody knows that? Could anybody help me?
