Free tickets not showing up

I renewed my membership and my free tickets stopped showing up. I had no problem with my free tickets until last week. WTF!

If you joined after August 1st, you will not receive free tkts anymore.

You will receive more premium tickets instead.

Even if you have recurring membership that started before August 1st, you have been promted if you want to keep free tkt system, or change to the new system. Once you change, it is irreversible.

I have the same problem ! I Renew before August 1 and in the second month of my membership they stop giving me free tickets! I have write them but I haven’t got any answer

I'm having the same issue. My free ticket total stopped increasing a few days ago...maybe a week. I just submitted a support ticket. I hope LP can get this sorted.

I'm a patient customer but I've heard nothing from support on my open ticket and my Free Ticket Total hasn't increased from 165.8 for about a week now. Unusual for LP support not to fix quickly.

Is anyone else having this issue?

BTW, my membership is still under my original forum name, Chazzum (but I guess support knows that).

I have the same problem , I open a ticket on August 31 and haven’t receive any respond yet from them , they are ignoring us and cancelling free tickets to everybody

They stopped the free ticket system even though recurring membership. Would have been great if they stick to what had been told before. Recurring means getting your free tickets!

Member's area is not showing I received any new free tickets. Same wrong (lower than it should be) total as everywhere else.

For information, if your membership started after August 1st, you will not be receiving free tkts.
