Hello, I'm just reaching out because after I got my monthly tickets earlier today, and I wanted to buy more scenes after that, so I end up reloading my tickets too. I got the $79.90 option that gives me 120 tickets to spend, which is usually the one I use all the time as you can see in my records, but today it only gave me 100 tickets. I don't know what happened, this is the first time this has happened to me. My subscription has been active, so I don't think it's because of that. I was hoping that you can add those 20 tickets for me. You can check my transactions and see that I only got 100 tickets. You know I'm a loyal costumer, so I really appreciate if you can add them for me.
