Request to Unlock Account

Hello,

I am able to log in to my account but I am unable to stream or download any videos. I receive a message which says: "Error Contact support to unlock your account." Therefore I am posting here to request to please unlock my account.

I am again seeing unauthorized activity in my account. Videos are appearing in my view history that I did not view. An attempt was made on 26-Oct to purchase 10 tickets but the purchase was unsuccessful. I did not attempt this purchase.

This situation also occurred earlier this month where an unauthorized user was accessing my account. I have changed my password twice this month in an attempt to keep the unauthorized user out.

You have a different problem.

You have charged back a transaction on a different account than this one and your account has been blocked.

It can be only unlocked after you pay the amount of the chargeback $29.90 and a chargeback fee that we have to pay our bank for such transactions ($29.90 as well)

Yes, just send me the email. I had a fraud credit card transaction to deal with and the bank charged back a number of entries, not at my request.

I've done as requested, purchased $29.90 for 35 tickets, go ahead and claw back the tickets and unlock the account so I can download purchased scenes. thanks
