Why scenes get release date changed?

Several times I see that after being released, they are shifted like one or two days after or behind.

But sometimes is more weird, for example scenes from Lina that were all released on 2023 are now showing dates from 2021, 2016 or even 1998

That case of Emily Pink might be due to simple more complete studio paper work.

But problem in general is that scenes get re-released and often re-dated, which is extremely not porn collector friendly.
As a collector I know scenes are first time released 2 to 3650 days after the actual on-set shot depending on the studio, I usually know the very slow releasing studios, but I am not used to re-dated re-releases often even pretending it was a new scene.

I always thought this, but now that more weird dates are showing, I have doubts if it's not a site error. Like the Lina scene showing a date of 1998 were she was still not born
