My account has been blocked for more than 3 weeks from now,
There's no way for me to access it.
However, your sistem keep charging my account with monthly fees. Since I Can't acces my account, there's no way for me to stop those charges.
I've noticed lack of concern from you, since I've been trying every possible way with no answer from you.
I've also noticed the same problem posted by other members of the forum
I need a solution as soon as possible.

You are logging with a wrong gmail account. If you are using the one that you have written the email with, it is not the correct gmail account.
