Hi
When i try to watch a scene in my library I get a message saying my session has expired. I have tried a bunch of times logging out and back in, starting new browser session, waiting, etc. Seems like a bunch of other users have reported the same issue for some time. Can you fix my account pls?

It is not presented in 4K.
You can switch on the tag so you can see which scenes are available in 4K.

Ok. Please remove from library and refund as I thought it would be 4k.
