Hi. I want to change my email adress and password but I cant do this via my "User Control Panel".
Can You help me?

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
