Pornbox refund

I am using pornbox and i have accidentally purchased one month subscription. I have been charged but have not used any tickets. The moderators are not replying on pornbox support for deduction of tickets and reversal of charges. There is no reply for last one month.

Refund was performed.
The Returned amount should be displayed in your bank statement in several days
