Support tickets immediately mark as solved

Every time i try to make a support ticket they are just are marked as solved immediately after creating.
So i have been unable to get help with a refund (miss clicked and accidentally bought a model pack)

Refund was performed.

The Returned amount should be displayed in your bank statement in several days.

I have noticed the tickets being solved before we are able to see them. I am not sure why this happens, need to investigate. Sorry about that.

I have found the reason, your support tickets should now be getting through.
