I am afraid that scene purchases are final.

We do refund only if there was a system error with the transaction.
Once the videos are purchased, there is no refund.

The scenes work for me. What kind of a problem are you running into? Could you send a screenshot?

These specific scenes will not load for me, it is not a wifi connection issue, the rest of my library loads just fine. They just wont start for some reason, so the screen is just black, dont know what the issue can be, could they just be refunded?

I have tried to access a bunch of those scenes from your account, and they are all working for me.

Could you try a different browser per chance?

I cannot make a refund on something that is working.

then he ask the sombrero scenes to be refunded
then he asks for more sombrero scenes again

also hes also interested in free tickets, not only in money, he wants to get tickets from the gonzo scenes

imagine going to the cinema and ask to get the money back or to have more tickets to watch more movies for free
