Defiance films - now not in membership and no response

Hi all

I have a Defiance membership (to download some old classics). All the films were being released as part of the membership, until 4 days ago when NONE are now included. I have contacted Defiance films/Sheer/PornBox via support but no response. I just want to know if this is an error or a planned change (making the membership pointless). Anyone else had this and how can I escalate it to get a response?

For me, when I filter by membership access, there are a lot of videos included.

What exactly is the problem? They are not loading for you?

Thanks for replying. The issue is that until 3 days ago ALL movies were included every day in every update. But for the last 3 days - NO movies are included as full access, you have to buy them. It looks like an error to me that they have not been set as part of the Full Access. I have contacted Defiance and Sheer support (as indicated) and no response. So yes, many movies included but looks like an error for last 3 days.
