What Would They Say?

I have seen a number of very good scenes with women who only appeared once on LP. Really good ones. I wonder why we don't see them again and just curious. Could it be financial, change of mind, didn't get invited back by LP, first experience was harder than they expected, family/friends found out?

I am sure there are a number of reasons but wonder if others have insight into what they would say is the reason they appeared once. We tend to see more of the same models over and over with the new releases.
