Scene filter in Pornbox

just a question .. isn't it possible to search anymore for specific genres and the number of tickets (free, premium) as it was in the past? I used it very frequently when I wanted to spend my free tickets to complete my library.

I haven't checked it to see if it was with any other studios but i did not notice on Bangbros there would be a lot of gay porn stuff even when i have it filtered off, was it just the thumbnails for you or entire scenes of gay porno? i havent checked i noticed only thumbnails

It would be great when on searches we could exclude anything. I certainly will be filtering TV and Gay on my feed but sometimes you want to search something but avoid hits. That shouldn't be a fixed setting of course.

BTW, I don't see any option to list out the subscription, like subscribed actress, studio as such. I am talking about the subscribe feature where once subscribed you see the related scenes under the member's FEED

Will you consider fixing the teen category as well? That tag is applied on practically everything making it completely useless for filtering.

I would suggest calculating age based on scene recording date (or as close as you can get) and the model's date of birth (information you should have for most models).

We will have to allow our users to suggest corrections and give them tickets for that because tagging properly is more complicated than it looks. One of the reasons why it is not simple is that we are now regularly adding new tags and we can't re-review everything every week.

As a senior full stack developer working on a system that on a basic level should be fairly similar to PornBox, I would recommend introducing a general solution to the model-age problem, rather than using age as a basis for creating tags. The process of calculating the model age on a per-scene basis is trivial, if you have access to model birth date and the video metadata, preferably creation date. The point is that age should be calculated dynamically since it can be derived from model- and scene-info that is static. This will be more robust to errors in the long run once you have a system in place that stores model birth date and scene production date in the database. Model ages in the currently selected scene can be appended to the model name like in the attached screenshot.

For filtering purposes it would be nice to be able to use a multi-range slider to enable users to select any age interval of interest. You should be able to use the sliders for other filters as well, such as number of male performers or model height etc. The real problem is scenes where you don't have reliable metadata or models with unknown birth year. These scenes can not be applicable to the filter, so you will have to decide if you will simply exclude them or resort to some sort of fallback.

Just finally figured out how to combine 2 tag filters like DAP + 0% pussy!
It has to be done step-by-step, but it works.

In a next step a 3rd level option could help, i.e. 3 tags like DAP + 0% pussy + anal creampies.

Is there any chance to add a 'dry' option to the global filter? We've got one for wet content, but my library is clogged up with dry versions of scenes I have no interest in, and am never going to watch. It would make navigating my library a lot easier if I can just filter all this stuff out.

Hi, I apologise if this isnt the right place to ask and if Im not clear in what I am asking.

When Im on my all scenes page in pornbox there are tags i can click to make it easier for me to navigate through all the videos, but there are tons of "free" videos I don't want cluttering up my view and adding meaningless/uninteresting tags.

If possible, Could you please add the tags for "Studio" and "Genre" which exist on the "All Scenes" page onto the "favorites" page, Thank you.

Having filters is a really useful feature, being able to search for whats wanted quickly and easily is great,but its undermined by simple things like videos having no model names for various scenes, for example:

You can click "top" to sort them by alphabetical order.

It could have a way to filter search results. For example, I try to search for scenes with the word: "wife". But when trying to filter genders with these results , eg : double penetration , the search ignores the word "wife" and starts searching just by the gender filter. This is useful for finding scenes with uncreated tags.
