It seems to me that regardless of whether the studio is closed or not, they will sell the scenes to get some income from them, because some expenses were spent during the filming of unreleased scenes, so they need to reimburse what was spent, I think that the scenes will come out, at least I believe so

Yes really sad to hear that this great studio is going to close. Omar is one of my favourite directors. There are so many hot scenes that Omar has produced over the last couple of years....examples include shoots with French pornstars like Jureka, Alba Lala, Lena Cox, Leila Botwin and Manuela Valentina, also French Canadian Eden Ivy, East Europeans, Mina, Angie Moon, Zlata Shine, Cherry Kiss, various Italian and Spanish ladies and even more recently Rebel Rhyder and Ria Sunn etc., etc.,. All instabuys for me. Replying to some the earlier threads in this post, The BBC team got much better under careful selection. I too have quite a large amount of scenes at LP (not many PW scenes though). In general there are very few scenes that I watch from beginning to end without skipping/fast forwarding. In general I skip through a lot of the scene and jump straight to the scenes that do it for me. I don't think that there is more than 5 minutes in each scene spread out over the whole scene. So it would be great if there was a splicing tool (similar to the GIF tool at LP) to make your own highlights and just save the scenes important to you instead of the full-length versions. I can do it offline with VNC player but it is a bit time consuming.

Also I don't understand why in my account area it says that I am using X amount of TB. Surely all scenes are stored globally once on a (Cloud) server irrespective of the number of purchases a scene has. There would be something wrong if the scenes I purchase gets duplicated into my own storage area.

I mean the opportunity is there for a brand new studio with the same format that can have decent prices and gain some of those costumers lost with the high ticket price increase that lead to the studio closure in the first place.

It looks like Natasha Teen is the only studio that can appeal to the general public because of pricing still. This is the opportunity to make a studio like Gonzo that can compete with GIO exorbitant prices that most people can't justify to buy consistently for long term sustainability.

A studio that doesn't think only short term and is actually trying to build a long term base without disappointment when it comes to price expectations and quality content. You know, the standard 1 hour anal gangbangs with good lighting, anal trains, DP, etc..

Look, when pornbox implemented that sudden unheralded 35% ticket devaluation in April 2022 xxx called studios to either fellow and ask for more tickets, which most studios did, or keep the old prices. Gonzo with xxx involved than still much more opted for that 2nd version hoping to outsell other studios and create profit with numbers. Soon later things inside changed, xxx took a step back in own involvement and basically only commissioned Gonzo scenes to Omar in a kind of franchise settlement. Unlike other studios Gonzo was the least dependent on sales because of high previous capitalization, but soon Omar felt he gets too little money per scene. They had to re-settle prices for him to release more material from his vault boxes, and fellowing the new contract Gonzo prices started to rise as well. At the end they were still below GIO prices a bit, but mainly due to xxx outsource model with little own fix costs.
Still, it's not the pricing that led to Gonzo's end, it's much more complicated.

The studio went out of business due to many factors that we do not know, but one thing is for sure: it was not making a return on investment. No one is that crazy to shut down a gold mine.

The Latin studios may have the potential to fill Gonzo's place but aren't at that level just yet, even though Gonzo let themselves be buried by them.
