They do this shit on a site I can't name here all the time. Buying old licenses of decade old videoes, and reselling them at a 200% to ∞(infinity)% mark-up... do we as customers (at least previously I was a customer, before the piss- and pukefest really went off the rails here on pornbox) mean so very little to you? Do you really feel that this age-old release is worth that much money? You can buy a subscription to another "unnamed site" for $3 more and get access to a slew of other scenes, probably with this exact scene as part of that (maybe in a lower resolution but still). This is ridiculous. Available on F**, which you can join for $19 and get a LOT of other videoes on top.

Maybe they want you to research it and join their sites so they can scrape your personal information to sell to a third party? what is the reasoning for the insane mark up on an old scene from 2015 asfai could tell from F**, I don't understand it. As most here know it is evidently common practice, but why is it common practice? you're just hoping that new people will buy without researching anything first or that they don't care? this is a very anti-consumer way of doing things, and I feel like greed and desperation is taking over in every aspect of our lives now. Porn has always been kind of a shady business, but it is getting worse. Now with AI entering the scene I don't understand why they aren't pivoting, because it won't take long for AI to make these studios entirely obsolete once it gets realistic enough. Other than if you want to request custom scenes, and even that is getting challenged by models trained off of the porn actresses' appearances. Maybe the business is just dying in general, and they realize that and hope to squeeze what they can out of us before it is too late. Much like the Arabs and their oil, before green energy or nuclear FUSION makes them obsolete xD

Can anyone explain a legit and logical reason behind their choices in that regard? other than greed, desperation and/or to steal your information and re-sell it?
