But they can't work much actually. And its a one-way-street as Erika Korti doenst take them back to First Models. And right so after they break loyalty with those investing in their good and smooth start in that biz!

Of course Julmodels can and will poach girls from newer, smaller challenger agencies - who Jul may see as trying to invade their territory.

People complain that Jul doesn't invest in scouting these girls and maybe that's true today.
Easier to pick off girls who have already been published and show promise.
Jul has been around a long time and invested in building up their business and contacts.

Now Jul have developed the connection to Vixen Media so they can lure models with dreams of shooting in glamorous holiday locations and getting published on some popular and classy websites. That's a good thing for the models, who should take the best gigs they can get to earn and promote themelves during their short careers.

But Vixen can't offer a female model endless scenes, and can't keep models exclusive to them for long, if at all.

So a model who wants to work will soon have to hustle for future work from other producers, including the LP studios if she wants.
And the smaller agencies have the opportunity to get back in if they can offer work.

Maybe a smaller agency wants to say "don't come back" to a girl who they developed, and who then leaves for the bright lights.
Maybe that encourages some others to stay.
Don't know if it's a viable long-term business strategy.

There has always been scouts in Piter and beyond feeding Russian agencies, rather than agencies investing into scouting really. First Models is actually one of the very first and few taking their job seriously.

JM was always great at exporting girls and they do try to keep that near monopoly position.
They do it by selling dreams they can't keep, but girls are lured away easily, hope usually wins over reality.

What LP lacks for years is their own independent import route from Russia.
Not sure First Models could really become that missing link, but recent GLab offers fuelled hope with me again. The more that Erika Korti knows who she's scouting for and what are real GIO needs. But of course depends for the girls and their agent it depends on scenes ordered locally and bookings after borders are open again. In ideal case girls need about 50 DAP bookings plus lighter filler porn jobs in her anal pause days to be able to buy a flat within 2years of porn work back home. Thats the ultimate goal.

Maybe a smaller agency wants to say "don't come back" to a girl who they developed, and who then leaves for the bright lights.

I'm 100% with Erika here because she really puts her hearth and lots of personal engagement into preparing her girls for a safe and sustainable porn work road. Doing so I hope she doenst take the Jul road, though.

Good recruitment, organisation and economic future prospects for should allow agencies to capitalize on these events. Travel ban makes planning difficult currently.
If its really working again between Russia and Czech from Saturday onwards what GIO and gonzo need to do urgently is ID best GLab rookies and propose them a multiple scene deal for both studios, and ideally other LP outlets as well. I have started some additional assessment than just sales only here last few weeks, and do hope that helps.
Girls starting with First Models, Anderson Models or Nikolas need a clear Prague agenda and financial prospects. JM will always try to steal them, list them, pretend to represent them even, but since they worked for GLab in Piter LP is in advantage actually. They just have to play that out now and invest a concrete sum to create a win-win situation all parties involved can touch actually.

And just my small user contribution: I'll buy 50 new Piter girls DAPs easily from GIO and also gonzo next half year, and I am not the only one! Just deliver and I'll re-charge my tickets as often as needed to support those able rookies!

Admittedly I don't know the whole story and the background, but is not possible that Julmodels could work with, i.e. send models to Giorgio's Lab, even to Prague, if to travel is possible again? As the topic's title says, couldn't it be that the ban is over? Maybe we are just speculating...

Most work other ways around her, most of her girls arent exclusive once they are in Bp.

Yes, i really do hope they are thinking about bringing these girls to the right places asap for the full lp treatment. Surely they understand that they have potential gold in their hands. If they really want to make money, they will play their cards right. If not they are clueless.

For the moment there are quite a few advertisements of EU work tours seemingly planned on websites and social media some of the leading agencies of Bp, but many proofed fake actually. Direct main agency of GLab girls in Piter is known and I shall regard them as the only reliable source for the time being. Some models have left them for golden promises, but it was their own risk. I think in this case loyalty to the hand who fed the girls with porn job $$$ in those difficult pandemic crisis times will proof to last longest.
